We would be glad to accommodate you as our tenant.

​

We can only guarantee you that we are always trying to match the people living in the flat together. So mainly our tenants are international students aged 18 to 27. We are sure you will get along well.

​

As part of our application process, we need to validate some important information first. Please attach the following documents via our email booking@colivify.com: If you are a student/intern: --- A copy of your ID/passport --- Your current registered address --- Proof of enrollment/ Internship Agreement (if you are a student/ intern) --- Guarantor’s ID.

Please read the information below to get more details. Remember we are here to answer all of your questions. Also, we want to clarify that Simulación Técnica S.L. is the provider/owner you will be staying with and supporting you during the stay. Colivify is the registered name for our coliving and coffee shop.

Here’s an overview of the next steps:

​

As soon as we have your personal information, we will send you a copy of the contract in English. Please check your spam folder to make sure you’ve received it. Right after receiving your personal information, your contract will be created and sent to you by email to sign. Sign ALL PAGES of your contract with us right away. It is important, that you sign the document within 72 hours, otherwise your contract will be voided automatically and you might lose the reservation. Settle the rent of the first month and the deposit, (the latter is a one-time payment refunded at the end of your stay, unless missing or broken items in the apartment or bedrooms). They must be settled directly with us right after signing the contract. Keep in mind that all payments need to be settled to receive your keys. If your move-in date is very close, your rent by bank transfer can take a few days to take place and this holds your key handover.

 

Keys Handover: You’ll receive the instructions one week before your move-in date.

 

Registration: After you collect your keys, we will send you the registration form by email, where you will find all the information, about the WiFi password, door code, etc. If you have any questions about your rental contract, please contact: booking@colivify.com For any other enquiries, feel free to reach us by email and we're more than happy to assist where needed. We wish you a great stay in your new home!

 

Duration: The rental agreement will have a duration of a limited period (SEP-JUN). For a shorter stay, please contact us.

 

End of contract: Your contract’s start and end dates must be on the 01st to the end of the month.

 

Termination notice: In order to cancel your rental agreement, we need to have the check out form signed. Soon after, the deposit will be refunded.

 

House details:

 

Viewings: Viewings before moving in are not supported, but special requests will be taken into consideration. Let’s stay safe and healthy.

 

Housemates: Due to GDPR restrictions, we are unable to disclose any details of the rest of the housemates. Your housemates are mixed gendered students aged 18-27.

 

Apartments: NON-SMOKING Apartments

Rooms/Suites: All rooms are provided with bed linen (1 set) and towels (1 set).

​

Only visits are allowed. No accommodation or night stays will be permitted. Under no circumstances can any rooms or common areas be used for overnight stays.
